A second man accused of killing 23-year-old Charlie Davies after setting him alight has appeared in court.
Yusuf Dulloo, 27, is accused of setting fire to Mr Davies with another man outside his home in Templedown Avenue, Staines, on June 14.
Mr Davies died from his injuries in Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, on June 26.
Nadim Kurrimbukus, 24 - Mr Davies’ ex-boyfriend - was also charged with his murder and has been remanded in custody.
Mr Dulloo, of Ashton Gardens, Hounslow, appeared at Kingston Crown Court yesterday charged with murder and also arson with intent to endanger life in relation to a separate incident on May 13.
Judge Nicholas Price QC granted him conditional bail until he appears with Mr Kurrimbukus, of Heath Road, Hounslow, for a plea and case management hearing on September 12.
Mr Dulloo - who was smartly dressed in a black suit and shirt - will be subject to a £300,000 surety.
He has surrendered his passport, must report to a local police station every day, adhere to a curfew between 10pm and 9am and was banned from entering Staines.
