East Sheen residents kept in the dark over the future of their post office will finally have their questions answered by a Post Office official.
The Upper Richmond Road West branch has been closed since June 13, with residents, borough MPs and Richmond Council none the wiser as to when services will resume.
However, ward councillors have now received a commitment from Post Office Ltd that a representative will attend a meeting at Sheen Mount Junior School, West Temple Sheen, on Tuesday, July 22, from 7pm to 9pm.
The public are invited to deliver their queries to the company's official on the night.
